Write My Essays offers free revisions to its customers to keep their customers satisfied with the services. Also, the purpose of revisions is to return maximum value against the money client has invested in us.
Revision policies have been constructed to maintain a transparent way of communication between us, and the client.
We recommend the clients thoroughly read the policies before placing the order to avoid uncertain circumstances. If you find any of the policies unfair, you are free to cancel the order within 24 hours.
To avail of the revision, any one or more than one clause needs to be satisfied:
The revisions for the order that are already delivered to the customers would be accepted up to the limit of maximum 30 days post-delivery date and the approval of the revision would be subjected to terms and conditions. For the dissertations and the thesis papers, this limit would be 60 days.
The free revision can be claimed up to 30 days after the post-date delivery of the product. The number of days can vary according to the academic level or essay level. For example, for college essays, the free revision can be valid for 5 days only. Meanwhile, a dissertation, can up to 60 days.
The nature of the revision will identify the time required for the action. However, if you require an urgent revision, you can inform the support team about the urgency and they will try their level best to get it done within the limited time frame. The regular time for revisions falls somewhere around 3-4 days.
Revisions are accepted if certain requirements are shared in the first place, and not fulfilled by the writer. However, if your revision holds new requirements, which were not discussed when you assigned the task - it will be considered as a new order, and the client will be charged separately.
New requirements will not be catered to as a revision. For example, if you were satisfied with the research proposal and after delivery of the final file, you wish to change the topic for any reason, it will be catered as a new order and new prices will be quoted. Requests like the change of research proposal, or thesis topic are considered a new order and not treated as revisions.
The purpose to keep the writer and client connected is to keep the client aware of what they'd receive in the final file. In case if the client finds quality not being up to the part, they should immediately inform the writer. If the writer doesn't act accordingly, the support team should be informed shortly. Revisions are accepted when customer support and writers were notified about the specific requirements/changes, and they failed to meet the requirements.
We highly recommend the clients stay connected with the writers through the portal access provided to them. Delays caused due to communicating via alternate channels like WhatsApp and Live Chat will not be liable on Write My Essays. And if the deadline is missed due to delays caused by alternate communication channels, a revision policy will not be implemented.
For each revision, a specific cycle is put into rolling. You can add as many requests as you want to. Once the cycle is in process, new changes cannot be requested. The client will have to wait until one cycle is completed. We do so to maintain the quality of the work and avoid exploitation.
To avail revision policy, it is very important for the client to share detailed and constructive feedback. Generic comments like "I don't like it", or "It is not up to the mark", will not be entertained. We suggest students share feedback given by their professors for better results.
